Can’t praise all the staff who are looking after my dad while he is there to rest his leg fracture enough. The food is excellent and they always ask him what he wants. Today when I visited him we were in the garden and it started to rain and one staff member kindly went to get him a blanket and a waterproof blanket without having to ask her. All the staff are very friendly and make conversation with us. I have worked in test homes before and this is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend Hanbury Court Care Home to anyone who is looking for this service.

Everyone I have met there has been so kind and caring, to my partner, who is a resident there at the moment, and to myself and my family who visit. Nothing is too much trouble and he is well looked after. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Experience has been generally good. Home is clean, food for residents is adequate and nutritious. Prompt response to resident’s medical requirement. General care for my husband is satisfactory. Management always willing to listen, give their time and very helpful and professional. This is the second home my mum has resided in and I’m so happy she is in Hanbury court as her residential home. I would recommend this care home.
